Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI models and algorithms specifically designed for 2026 performance benchmarks and latency requirements.
- Lead cross-functional research teams in integrating quantum computing protocols with classical cloud infrastructures.
- Define the technical roadmap for emerging technologies, including advanced robotics and spatial computing interfaces.
- Conduct deep research into Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) and Large Language Models (LLMs) for predictive analytics.
- Ensure system security, ethical AI compliance, and data integrity across all development cycles.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior AI/ML leadership role.
- Proven expertise in Python, C++, and Rust, with experience in quantum algorithm libraries.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technologies, decentralized systems, and smart contracts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
