Responsibilities
- Strategic Visioning: Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for Nexus Horizon leading up to and beyond 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing, Quantum Readiness) and evaluate their potential impact on our product ecosystem.
- Innovation Labs: Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and testing futuristic concepts to validate feasibility and ROI before full-scale deployment.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex future technologies into clear, compelling narratives for investors, clients, and internal leadership.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and strategic thinking.
- Partnership Management: Collaborate with academic institutions and tech startups to stay ahead of the curve on breakthrough innovations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or strategic technology consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think beyond current constraints and develop scalable roadmaps for future business needs.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of current AI trends and a keen interest in understanding the theoretical foundations of quantum computing and Web3.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity and pivot strategies based on rapid technological shifts.
