Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning long-term innovation goals with business objectives.
- Lead the architectural vision for integrating emerging AI models into enterprise workflows.
- Conduct deep-dive research into frontier technologies (e.g., AGI readiness, Quantum computing interfaces) and assess their viability for Nexus Horizon.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate technical capabilities into market advantages.
- Oversee the R&D division, fostering a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping.
- Mentor senior engineering staff and drive technical decision-making across cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, AI/ML Engineering, or Enterprise Architecture.
- Proven track record of leading high-level technology transformations.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models, neural networks, and predictive analytics.
- Strong background in strategic planning and roadmap development.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
