Responsibilities
- Architect and define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap for core product lines and emerging technologies.
- Lead high-level R&D initiatives focusing on next-gen computing and autonomous systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype future-state solutions and validate hypotheses.
- Identify emerging market trends and competitive threats to maintain our market leadership.
- Mentor senior engineering staff on long-term technical vision and architectural decisions.
- Present quarterly progress and visionary milestones to the C-Suite and Board of Directors.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Architecture, or Strategic Consulting.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Future Tech trends.
- Proven track record of leading teams through large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making and ROI forecasting.
