Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of autonomous AI agents capable of complex decision-making in real-time environments.
- Oversee the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) with robotic process automation (RPA) frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate 2026 product visions into scalable, robust engineering roadmaps.
- Establish best practices for data governance, ethical AI, and system security within the decentralized web.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of neural networks to ensure zero-latency performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI systems at scale.
- Experience with edge computing, IoT integration, and 5G network architectures.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and regulatory compliance standards.
