Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable AI infrastructure and large language model (LLM) architectures optimized for 2026 performance standards.
- Trend Forecasting: Proactively identify emerging AI technologies and integrate them into our product roadmap, acting as a thought leader in the space.
- System Optimization: Engineer high-performance codebases, focusing on latency reduction, model inference optimization, and cost efficiency.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate complex technical requirements into user-centric AI features.
- Security & Ethics: Implement rigorous safety protocols and ethical guidelines to ensure responsible AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior AI/ML architecture role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- AI Knowledge: Strong understanding of Transformer architectures, NLP, and Generative AI models.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges and improving system scalability.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
