Responsibilities
- Define the comprehensive technological roadmap and innovation strategy for the 2026 era.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of advanced AI and Quantum computing integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to prototype next-generation user experiences.
- Establish best practices for scalable, future-proof software development.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product leadership.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and/or Quantum Computing.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and edge computing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for translating complex technical concepts.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
