Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical strategy for 2026, focusing on AI scalability and quantum-safe architectures.
- Lead a high-performance engineering team in researching and deploying next-generation neural interfaces and edge computing solutions.
- Bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade implementation, ensuring robust security and efficiency.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology roadmaps with business goals and market trends.
- Oversee the integration of autonomous systems and predictive analytics into legacy platforms.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and modern machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proven experience in Quantum Computing principles and post-quantum cryptography.
- Strong background in distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
