Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven impact in at least two emerging tech domains
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 3+ publications in Nature/Science
- Expertise in quantum computing, neural interfaces, or carbon-negative tech systems
- Experience scaling tech initiatives from concept to global implementation ($10M+ projects)
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and AI ethics
