- Lead Strategic Vision: Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product suite, focusing on AI, Quantum Readiness, and Next-Gen Web.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design robust, cloud-native architectures that can handle exponential growth and complex data streams.
- Pioneering Research: Collaborate with R&D to integrate cutting-edge technologies (Generative AI, Spatial Computing) into core products.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong grasp of distributed systems and microservices.
- Future Tech Knowledge: Demonstrated experience or keen interest in AI/ML, Blockchain, or Web3 technologies.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve unstructured problems and anticipate future challenges.
