The Role:

Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging trends like AI, Quantum Computing, and Spatial Computing.
- Technical Leadership: Guide a team of senior architects and engineers to build scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
- Innovation Management: Prototype and validate experimental technologies to determine their feasibility for integration into our product suite.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to align technical roadmaps with business goals.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering or technology leadership roles, with at least 3 years in a strategic planning capacity.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), distributed systems, and modern programming languages (Go, Rust, Python, or TypeScript).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences.
