Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent with 8+ years in applied research
- Proven track record shipping enterprise-grade AI products
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, transformer architectures, and generative AI
- Experience scaling ML teams from 5 to 50+ engineers
- Published research in top-tier AI/quantum conferences (NeurIPS, QIP)
- Strong background in AI ethics and responsible innovation frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
