Responsibilities
- Design and implement 5-year tech roadmaps integrating AI, blockchain, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for quantum-resistant security systems
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with ESG 2026 sustainability mandates
- Forecast market disruptions and identify emerging tech investment opportunities
- Develop patent portfolios for breakthrough innovations in neural interfaces
- Represent company at global tech summits (Davos, CES, Web Summit)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or equivalent field experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or computational theory
- Proven track record scaling tech teams across 3+ continents
- Expertise in ISO 26000 ESG frameworks and UN SDG alignment
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
