Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR, quantum AI, biotech)
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions and assess strategic implications for $1B+ portfolio
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and startups for R&D acceleration
- Present visionary strategies to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI and autonomous systems
- Mentor innovation lab teams in rapid prototyping and agile methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or emerging technologies
- Proven track record in scaling tech initiatives across global markets
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Experience with C-suite stakeholder management and investor relations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
