Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling next-generation AI workloads and quantum computing integration.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the technical vision for 2026, identifying emerging technologies and defining the architectural strategy to leverage them.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and researchers to translate complex futuristic concepts into actionable engineering roadmaps.
- Performance Optimization: Drive initiatives to reduce latency and energy consumption in large-scale distributed systems, ensuring sustainability and speed.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish rigorous coding standards and mentor senior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software architecture experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or hands-on architect role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and distributed systems design.
- Future Tech: Demonstrated experience or strong understanding of AI/ML pipelines, edge computing, and concepts related to quantum computing readiness.
- Programming: Proficiency in high-level languages such as Python, Java, or Rust.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
