Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI/quantum solutions
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (neurotech, quantum computing, AGI)
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present visionary tech forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and R&D initiatives
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on future tech adoption
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in scaling tech startups or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or neurotechnology
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (NIST AI, EU AI Act)
- Exceptional strategic thinking with systems-level problem-solving
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
