We are seeking a visionary Lead Quantum Systems Architect to spearhead the development of next-generation computing infrastructure for the 2026 Era. At Nexus 2026, we are building the bridge between classical and quantum realities, and we need a leader who can navigate the complexities of superposition and entanglement at scale.
In this role, you will define the architectural blueprints for our quantum cloud services, ensuring stability, scalability, and security as we transition into the quantum computing landscape of 2026.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement the core infrastructure for scalable quantum-classical hybrid systems.
- R&D Strategy: Guide the research and development team in exploring novel quantum algorithms and error correction protocols.
- System Integration: Oversee the integration of quantum processors with classical cloud environments.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation, mentoring junior engineers and researchers.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze system bottlenecks and optimize quantum circuit execution times.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Mechanics.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software architecture, with a strong preference for candidates with prior quantum computing exposure.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages such as Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, multi-disciplinary technical problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical presentations.
