Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science or related field
- Published research in AI/quantum computing (NeurIPS/ICML preferred)
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives to $10M+ budgets
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech practices
- Experience with US federal tech innovation programs
- Strong network with Silicon Valley VCs and research institutions
