Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Lead the creation of a comprehensive technology vision that aligns with our long-term business goals, identifying key trends in AI and automation.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Advanced LLMs) and pilot them for commercial viability.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to translate complex technical concepts into actionable product strategies.
- Stakeholder Management: Present technical roadmaps and innovation strategies to C-level executives and investors to secure buy-in for new initiatives.
- Vendor & Partner Relations: Evaluate and manage relationships with key technology partners and vendors to ensure we leverage the best tools for 2026.
- Scalability & Performance: Oversee the architectural design of systems that can handle the exponential growth expected in the next few years.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in a leadership role within the tech industry, with at least 3 years specifically focused on strategy or future-tech initiatives.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to forecast industry trends and translate them into competitive advantages.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated track record of solving complex, large-scale architectural challenges.
