As a key member of our Global Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with Fortune 500 partners, research institutions, and government agencies to identify emerging trends and develop actionable frameworks for technological adoption. You'll lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions while maintaining alignment with our core mission of sustainable, human-centric innovation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead strategic partnerships with AI, quantum computing, and biotech pioneers
- Direct research initiatives in emerging fields including neural interfaces and decentralized systems
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage $15M+ annual innovation budget across 12 R&D programs
- Champion ethical tech adoption frameworks for regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in AI, blockchain, and IoT ecosystems
- Executive experience managing cross-functional innovation teams
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
