Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for quantum, AI, and biotech convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish governance frameworks for emerging technology adoption
- Drive innovation through hackathons and collaborative R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum/AI/biotech/blockchain)
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Experience leading global R&D teams in multinational corporations
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy publications
