Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Executive experience in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech startups
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Track record of launching breakthrough products (2018-2023)
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech ROI analysis
- Certifications in Agile/Scrum and technology foresight methodologies
