- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proof solutions into roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with tech innovators and research institutions
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, IoT, quantum, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology forecasting or strategic foresight preferred
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Experience scaling technology in high-growth environments
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
