Responsibilities
- Scan horizon for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, metaverse integration) and assess commercial viability
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with revenue targets and sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and security teams
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and external stakeholders including Fortune 500 partners
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-driven decision frameworks
- Build and lead a dedicated Future Tech incubation team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching at least 3 market-disrupting tech initiatives
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi analysis)
- Deep understanding of Web3, quantum computing, and generative AI ecosystems
- Executive presence with experience advising C-level leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, whitepapers, keynotes)
