Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections and business objectives

- Conduct competitive analysis and emerging technology assessments to inform strategic investments
- Present future-vision strategies to executive stakeholders and investor groups
- Champion innovation culture through hackathons, patent development, and industry thought leadership
- Manage R&D budget allocation for 2026 technology initiatives
- Establish KPIs to measure long-term technology adoption and ROI
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused tech initiatives with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, biotech convergence)
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
