Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing and neural interfaces
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI systems with ethical frameworks
- Conduct scenario planning for emerging technologies' societal impact by 2026
- Secure $50M+ in innovation grants from government and private sector partners
- Establish industry-wide standards for carbon-neutral data centers
- Mentor PhD researchers in applied futurism and technology policy
- Present strategic visions at Davos and global tech summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on future technologies
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and neuromorphic computing architectures
- Track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to $100M+ revenue
- Security clearance for government-level R&D projects
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
