Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligning with business objectives

- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis of global tech trends
- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech accelerators
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Manage innovation portfolio allocation across emerging tech domains
- Drive ethical frameworks for next-generation AI and automation systems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic tech planning, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech systems
- Strong stakeholder management with executive-level presentation skills
- Published research or patents in future technology domains
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, scenario planning)
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
