Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Define and communicate the strategic vision for technology adoption and innovation leading up to 2026.
- Identify Emerging Trends: Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies, including AI, Quantum Computing, and AR/VR, to assess their potential impact on the business.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to align technology strategies with business goals.
- Feasibility Analysis: Evaluate the feasibility, cost, and risks associated with adopting new technologies.
- Prototype & Pilot: Oversee the development of proof-of-concept prototypes for strategic initiatives.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor technology stacks and industry shifts to ensure we maintain a competitive advantage.
- Partner Networking: Cultivate relationships with technology vendors, startups, and academic institutions to foster innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technology strategies and roadmaps.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of current and upcoming technologies (AI, Cloud, Blockchain, IoT).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion.
