Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and articulate a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns emerging tech trends with long-term business goals.
- Research & Innovation: Lead deep-dive research into cutting-edge technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum) to identify viable product and service opportunities.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and manage the R&D budget and timeline, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently for high-potential projects.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Design) to prototype concepts and validate feasibility.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical strategies to the C-suite and investors in a compelling, digestible format.
- Ethical Tech Governance: Establish guidelines for ethical AI usage and responsible innovation practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology strategy, R&D management, or a senior technical leadership role.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, Quantum computing principles, and cloud ecosystems.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of identifying market trends and translating them into actionable business strategies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and manage complex projects from concept to execution.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
