Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market predictions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive innovations and competitive threats
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present visionary technology frameworks to C-suite executives and investors
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI and autonomous systems
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and future-tech incubation programs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough innovations
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains (quantum, biotech, AR/VR, etc.)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
