Responsibilities
- Architect and prototype next-generation technology solutions targeting 2026 market needs
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing proof-of-concepts for AI, quantum, and Web3 applications
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Secure and manage partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Document technical specifications and innovation frameworks for internal knowledge base
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology architecture or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products or systems
- Strong background in systems thinking and complex problem-solving
- Experience with agile development methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
