Responsibilities
- Architect scalable frameworks for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, AI ethics)

- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies with 3-5 year impact analysis
- Develop patentable solutions for autonomous systems and human-machine symbiosis
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders and venture partners
- Mentor junior engineers in future-focused innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
- Proven track record in launching at least two disruptive tech products
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or generative AI
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on future technologies
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming frameworks
