Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, integrating AI, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional pods to prototype and validate emerging technologies with market potential
- Identify strategic partnerships and acquisition targets for future tech integration
- Develop ethical frameworks for responsible innovation in next-gen AI and biotech
- Present technology visions to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor a team of futurists and technical architects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two groundbreaking tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or Web3 ecosystems
- Certified in Technology Foresight or equivalent strategic innovation methodology
- Experience securing $10M+ budgets for experimental technology programs
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, journals, keynotes)
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
