Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement robust machine learning pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams in real-time.
- Model Development: Spearhead the research and development of novel deep learning architectures tailored for 2026 enterprise requirements.
- System Optimization: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve the performance and accuracy of deployed models to ensure zero downtime.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, including LLMs and generative AI, and integrate emerging technologies into our core stack.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, with a proven track record of deploying models to production.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Tools: Strong understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and MLOps practices.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and innovate under tight deadlines.
