Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies with 2026+ market potential through deep research and industry trend forecasting
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruption opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in our innovation labs
- Establish strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech pioneers
- Present compelling technology strategies to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive innovation culture through workshops, hackathons, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting future tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech roles with proven 2026+ vision
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR, or sustainable tech
- Track record of launching innovative products or services at scale
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills for executive audiences
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in startup or corporate innovation environments
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFIP) highly valued
