Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) and their market impacts through 2026
- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for technology adoption and innovation pipelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts affecting industry evolution
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating complex tech trends into business strategies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model future scenarios and market impacts
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
