Responsibilities

- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections and regulatory landscapes
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech initiatives into enterprise-wide digital transformation
- Identify and evaluate startup partnerships for technology acquisition and co-development opportunities
- Present technology forecasts and adoption strategies to investors and board members
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology ROI and innovation maturity
- Lead cross-functional workshops on scenario planning for technological disruptions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management at Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with technology specialization
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or spatial computing
- Proven track record of launching technology initiatives with $5M+ budgets
- Published thought leadership on future-tech trends (e.g., MIT Tech Review, IEEE)
- Proficiency in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience navigating regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (FDA, FCC, NIST)
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM) or equivalent
