Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026+ technology strategy roadmap, identifying emerging trends with 5-10 year impact horizons
- Lead cross-functional teams to evaluate and integrate breakthrough technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Develop market entry frameworks for futuristic products/services with $100M+ revenue potential
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present technology vision to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and future-tech incubation programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex systems
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
