Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market disruption forecasts and enterprise scalability needs
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AR/VR integration, and decentralized AI systems
- Conduct horizon-scanning analyses of emerging tech trends (biotech, neuromorphic chips, synthetic media)
- Partner with VCs and startups to scout and integrate breakthrough technologies into our ecosystem
- Architect governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and quantum security protocols
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on technology adoption timelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with demonstrated 5-year roadmap execution
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning, patent analysis)
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech stacks (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, spatial computing)
- Proven track record scaling enterprise solutions through 3+ technology transformation cycles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 tech publications
