Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and venture capital partners
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with competitive disruption potential
- Architect proof-of-concept frameworks for next-gen human-AI collaboration systems
- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused technology portfolio management
- Build partnerships with academic labs and DARPA-funded research initiatives
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy or emerging tech research (Fortune 500 or startup scale)
- Proven track record in AI/ML deployment with measurable business impact
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, neurotech, or synthetic biology ecosystems
- Certified in technology foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi)
- Experience scaling tech innovations from prototype to enterprise deployment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three 5-year technology predictions realized
- Clearance for government partnership programs (or ability to obtain)
