Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with the 2026 business objectives.
- Innovation Management: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Advanced Analytics) to drive competitive advantage.
- System Architecture: Oversee the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and resilient technology ecosystems.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for C-suite executives and cross-functional teams.
- Legacy Modernization: Lead initiatives to migrate and modernize legacy systems into future-proof architectures.
- Process Optimization: Streamline operations through the integration of advanced automation and workflow technologies.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 3 years in a strategic or architectural role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), Microservices, and API-first design patterns.
- Future Trends: Demonstrated ability to research and implement forward-looking technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence without authority and lead diverse teams.
- Methodology: Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Certification: PMP, TOGAF, or similar enterprise architecture certifications are highly preferred.
