Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep knowledge of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or industry forums
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., from WFS or Foresight Alliance)
- Fluency in English with additional language proficiency preferred
