Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, identifying breakthrough opportunities in quantum computing, biotech fusion, and sustainable AI
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen technologies through agile development cycles
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government labs, and global innovation hubs
- Develop future-proof technology frameworks that anticipate and adapt to disruptive market shifts
- Present visionary technology strategies to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Manage a $5M innovation budget, allocating resources to high-impact R&D initiatives
- Champion ethical innovation principles while pushing the boundaries of technological possibility
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging technologies leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in forecasting technology trends and translating them into actionable business strategies
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and sustainable AI ecosystems
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies preferred
- Experience scaling innovation teams from 5 to 50+ members across multiple geographies
- Published thought leadership in top-tier technology or innovation journals
