Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, Web3, biotech) and assess their strategic implications for 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology innovation roadmap aligned with long-term organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify high-impact technology adoption opportunities
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis and technology benchmarking against industry leaders
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives with clear ROI projections
- Manage relationships with technology startups, research institutions, and innovation labs
- Drive the development of internal technology scouting and evaluation frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging technologies role
- Proven track record of successfully implementing disruptive technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to synthesize complex technical and business information
- Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives
