Responsibilities

- Develop 3-year innovation roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional adoption of pilot technologies across departments

- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget and vendor ecosystem
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
