Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ product portfolio, prioritizing quantum AI integration and bio-digital interfaces
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams to prototype emergent technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning across quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neurotech to identify disruptive opportunities
- Translate technical feasibility into commercial viability frameworks for executive stakeholders
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Author thought leadership on technology ethics and societal impact of 2026 innovations
- Mentor junior futurists through our Innovation Incubator program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership, with 5+ years focused on emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching products involving AI, quantum, or biotech innovations
- Deep understanding of technology convergence trends and exponential growth curvesExpertise in scenario planning and technology adoption lifecycle management
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from APF or Foresight University) preferred
- Published research or patents in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic systems
- Experience leading cross-continental remote innovation teams
- Fluency in at least one technical programming language (Python, R, or equivalent)
