- Develop 5-10 year innovation roadmaps aligned with company vision and investor expectations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions and validate technical feasibility
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders to accelerate innovation
- Monitor geopolitical tech policies and their impact on commercialization strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning within tech or emerging tech sectors
- Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on disruptive technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum, AI, biotech, or space tech
- Experience developing multi-year innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into executive insights
