Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum or AI applications
- Track record of launching $10M+ tech ventures
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for AI/biotech (FDA, EU AI Act)
- Fluency in Mandarin and German for global stakeholder engagement
