Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI/quantum/biotech integration frameworks
- Partner with C-suite to align technology initiatives with business objectives
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify disruptive opportunities in tech landscape
- Develop ethical governance protocols for advanced AI and automation systems
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping and agile methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record developing 3-5 year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology ecosystems
- Certification in technology architecture or innovation management (e.g., TOGAF, CTO School)
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Experience scaling teams through exponential growth phases
