- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with broader business goals.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of AI adoption and productivity gains.
- Mentor and build a high-performing team of data scientists and strategists.
- Advocate for ethical AI practices and governance frameworks.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, digital transformation, or AI implementation within a Fortune 500 or high-growth environment.
- Proven track record of leading organizational change and managing complex cross-functional projects.
- Advanced degree (MBA or MSc in Computer Science, Data Science, or Business Analytics) preferred.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and automation technologies.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Certification in strategic management or AI ethics is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated experience in remote-first or hybrid work model optimization.
